Customer Care

We seek to maintain the highest level of customer service and want your online shopping experience with use to be enjoyable.  If for any reason you are dissatisfied with the care and attention you received please contact us by email and we will seek to rectify any issue you may have.

 

 

Shipping, Collection & Deliveries

We want the ordering process to be easy and satisfactory for you and each of our customer's needs is important to us.  We have designed our dispatch methods and policies to get your order to you as seamlessly as possible. We promise to keep you updated if an item is temporarily unavailable or there is a delay in the processing of an order and will seek to notify you of an expected dispatch date.

Greeting Card Purchases

We aim to ship orders that are in stock within 3-5 working days using Australia Post. You will be notified by email when your order has been shipped.

Limited Edition Prints

As our limited edition prints are produced on a per order basis, it can take up to 7 days before we have your order ready to be shipped.  Upon receipt of your order we will notify you via email of our expected dispatch date, once it is ready we will again notify you by email when it has been shipped.

Original Works

Due to the precious nature of this cargo we like to personally arrange the way your receive your purchase.  Upon receipt of your payment we will be in touch via email to arrange shipping, collection or delivery of your item.  Please note we offer free delivery to the Adelaide Metropolitan Area.  Delivery is available for Original Work purchases only.

Returns & Refunds

 

We want you to love your new acquisition but if for any reason you don't fall in love with it or you've changed your mind please contact us within 7 days and we will happily arrange for it to be returned for a full refund (ex shipping costs if applicable).

 

Greeting card purchases may be returned within 14 days of purchase, but after this time period has expired, we will not be able to offer you a refund or exchange.  They must be returned in the same condition they were received. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs and we will not be responsible for damage or loss during shipping, so please ensure you retain a tracking number.  

Privacy & Payments

 

We care about protecting your privacy and any personal information you give us or is collected through your shopping experience with us. We use this information in order to complete your order, subscribe you to our email updates (with your permission), and help further our service to you.

 

We do not pass on or keep your credit card information, nor do we disclose your personal details, unless we are required by law to do so. If you have any questions regarding your personal information we are more than happy to help you.
